$\begin{align}  & 2x+1-3c=2c+3x-7 \\ & \text{Substitute }x=2 \\ & 2(-2)+1-3c=2c+3(-2)-7 \\ & -3-3c=2c-6-7 \\ & -3-3c=2c-13 \\ & 5c=10 \\ & c=2 \\\end{align}$
