Jamb Maths Solution: 

$\begin{align}  & \text{The total angle in a quadrilateral is 36}{{\text{0}}^{\circ }} \\ & \therefore \text{ }{{(3y+10)}^{\circ }}+{{(2y+30)}^{\circ }}+{{(y+20)}^{\circ }}\text{+ }4{{y}^{\circ }}={{360}^{\circ }} \\ & \text{                                      }{{(10y+60)}^{\circ }}={{360}^{\circ }} \\ & \text{                                                                    }y={{30}^{\circ }} \\\end{align}$
