$\begin{align}  & \tfrac{3}{5}\div (\tfrac{2}{7}\times \tfrac{4}{3}\div \tfrac{4}{9})=\tfrac{3}{5}\div (\tfrac{2}{7}\times \tfrac{4}{3}\times \tfrac{9}{4}) \\ & =\tfrac{3}{5}\div \tfrac{6}{7} \\ & =\tfrac{3}{5}\times \tfrac{7}{6}=\tfrac{7}{10} \end{align}$
