$\begin{align}  & {{m}^{2}}-{{n}^{2}}={{13}^{2}}-{{11}^{2}}=169-121=48 \\ & {{(m+n)}^{2}}={{(13+11)}^{2}}={{24}^{2}}=576 \\ & ({{m}^{2}}-{{n}^{2}}):{{(m+n)}^{2}}=48:576 \\ & ({{m}^{2}}-{{n}^{2}}):{{(m+n)}^{2}}=1:12 \\\end{align}$
