$\begin{align}  & \frac{{{(0.14)}^{2}}\times (0.275)}{7(0.02)}=\frac{{{0.14}^{2}}\times 0.275}{0.14} \\ & =0.14\times 0.275=0.0385 \\ & =0.039\text{   (3 decimal places)} \end{align}$
