$\begin{align}  & \frac{{{9}^{2x-1}}}{{{27}^{x+1}}}=1 \\ & {{9}^{2x-1}}={{27}^{x+1}} \\ & {{3}^{2(}}^{2x-1)}={{3}^{3(x+1)}} \\ & \text{Equating the index, since the base are equal} \\ & 2(2x-1)=3(x+1) \\ & 4x-2=3x+3 \\ & x=5 \\\end{align}$
